You will be the dedicated data science expert responsible for maintaining and iterating on core predictive models, while developing new modeling capabilities that scale with our growing organization. This is a high-visibility, business-critical role where your work directly supports financial projections and growth strategies. Initially you will be the sole dedicated data scientist, collaborating with business analysts, marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. The starting salary range is $166,207.00 to $199,407.00, with pay determined by location, experience, and qualifications. Future adjustments consider role growth and performance.
