OverviewSecurify is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Project Coordinator to support our project management and field operations teams. This role is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about driving projects to completion, collaborating effectively across teams, and fostering positive client and team relationships. The Project Coordinator will assist in overseeing daily project activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, documentation, and process improvements, while supporting a high standard of service and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & OversightWork under the supervision of the Project Manager to oversee daily project responsibilities and collaborate with team members across functions.Assign project tasks, monitor budgets and performance alignment, and recommend improvements to business processes.Track project risks, changes, and deliverables; coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment and timely execution.Documentation & Administrative SupportProvide support with documentation, including organizing and maintaining project-related materials, meeting minutes, and anize and attend project meetings; distribute meeting notes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.Support process improvement initiatives and maintain accurate project records in line with company munication & Client SupportServe as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders; communicate timeline changes, updates, and project status effectively.Foster positive, professional relationships with team members and clients through exceptional service and clear communication.Team Support & LeadershipEstablish and monitor team goals; assist in motivating teams and driving consensus to achieve project outcomes.Demonstrate excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills while cultivating a positive and adaptable work pliance & Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all assigned projects.Actively participate in training and development opportunities to keep skills current and contribute to team growth.QualificationsQualifications & Experience RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or equivalent education.General understanding of construction with a willingness to learn and expand technical expertise.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective collaboration.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.U.S. work authorization.QualificationsProject+ and/or CAPM certification.Bachelor’s or Trade School degree.Familiarity with the construction or security industry.Physical RequirementsFrequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office environment for extended periods.Regularly operate a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment with manual dexterity and visual acuity.Occasionally required to visit project sites, which may involve walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, or standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. of documents, laptops, or equipment as needed.Ability to read and interpret project documents, plans, and communications both on-screen and in print.Must have adequate hearing and verbal clarity to communicate effectively in meetings, on the phone, and at job sites.Reliable transportation for travel to project locations, company offices, or external meetings as required.Work LocationThis is an in-person position based at our office in Mountain View, CA, and requires a consistent daily commute to the office.The role involves frequent travel to client sites within the service area, as dictated by project and team needs.Reliable personal transportation is required to ensure punctual attendance at both the Mountain View office and various client locations as pany DescriptionSecurify, based in Mountain View, CA, is a premier Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in cutting-edge security systems and network solutions for both residential and commercial clients.
