Responsibilities Develop and implement custom models to inform business decisions and enhance operational processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights and share statistical outputs Mentor and train data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation Monitor and analyze model performance, ensuring accuracy and transparency Challenge norms and propose novel insights to drive organizational growth Skills Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model operationalization Experience with statistical and machine learning models in production environments Strong ability to visualize data and create compelling presentations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines Preferred Skills Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline Experience with troubleshooting code errors and familiarity with command line shells Knowledge of R and additional programming languages We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all individuals are valued and empowered to thrive. Salary range for this role is $104,200 - $130,300.
