This role requires individuals who are passionate about leveraging AI to create impactful solutions and are eager to take full ownership of their work. Ideal candidates will have a background in top schools or leading tech companies/startups, with full-stack development experience and hands-on AI integration knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy full-stack AI-driven solutionsOwn end-to-end feature development, from architecture to testing and deploymentWork closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutionsCollaborate in a flat organizational structure where every engineer leads critical product featuresBuild scalable solutions that replace manual labor with AI-powered automationStay at the forefront of AI advancements, contributing innovative ideas to the product roadmapRequirements8-10 years of experience in software engineering (Mid/Senior level)Full-stack development expertise; open to any tech stack (current stack includes Next.js, TypeScript, Python; Java, C# are also welcomed)Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Cloud AI, Cursor, Windsurf) in development workflowsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution or experience at a leading tech company/startup requiredWillingness to relocate to the Bay Area and work onsite (minimum 3 days/week, preference for 5 days/week)Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customersPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated AI integration experience (must be actively using AI to write more than 50% of code)Experience building solutions in labor-intensive, vertical industriesPrevious work in early-stage startups or hyper-growth environmentsOur Value Prop to EmployeesOur eNPS is +53!
