OverviewSTOIX | B Corp is partnering with a purpose-driven, profitable manufacturing business to appoint a Chief Financial Officer who will join the leadership team and be an agent of change. The role acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and supports M&A due diligence and integrations.Location and CompensationLocation – Florida, USA, with some travel requiredSalary – $200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr; up to 100% bonus, plus share options and a comprehensive package.Base pay range$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yrRole responsibilitiesProvide tactical and strategic financial leadership and serve as a hands-on financial leader overseeing the financial integrity of the organisation.Deliver commercial insights, competitive and operational analyses, budgeting, and forecasting to inform strategic and tactical decisions.Translate financial and strategic information and objectives into clear, actionable plans.Lead and develop a small end-to-end finance function.Ensure accurate forecasting, financial accounting and reporting.Work closely with operations to improve forecast accuracy by understanding manufacturing capacity, costs, process flow and optimisation.Identify, resource and manage change and transformation to optimise business performance.Embed a data-driven culture within the organisation.Qualifications / Personal profileA qualified accountant or equivalent US study/experience.Manufacturing experience.Experience in M&A is highly beneficial.Experience working in both SME and corporate environments is advantageous.GeneralWe’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
