VP of Finance

VP of FinanceOur client is an international organization seeking a talented Finance Leader to join the team. You will work closely with the CFO and other C-level executives on critical finance and business initiatives across the US and international sites. You will lead ERP implementation efforts and evaluate financial processes, working with system vendors, and related activities. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the office, with potential for more based on business needs. Salary range for this role is from $250k to $280k plus bonus (no equity incentive). Overview This role reports to the CFO and collaborates with the Board on companywide process improvements and strategic initiatives, including ERP implementation and ongoing financial optimization. Responsibilities Report to the CFO and Executive Board on companywide process improvement initiatives, including ERP implementation. Oversee multiple teams across various projects. Develop financial tools using existing technology and evaluate new options. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters or MBA preferred. 12+ years of finance experience; prior Director or VP level experience required. Experience leading an ERP implementation is required. Strong communication and presentation skills, preferably with experience presenting to the C-Suite.
