OverviewLocation: Tampa, FL – Candidates must be based in the Tampa metro areaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleEast 57th Street Partners is proud to partner with a rapidly growing healthcare services organization based in Tampa, Florida, to identify a strategic and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a critical leadership position for a company poised for significant national expansion and operational scale. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading all financial functions and driving the business’s next phase of growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth and profitability objectivesOversee all core finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, capital allocation, and risk mitigationLead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team capable of supporting a dynamic and scaling businessServe as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, offering financial insights that drive informed decision-makingManage banking relationships, investor communications, and third-party partnerships, including auditors and tax advisorsEnsure timely and accurate reporting, including internal dashboards, board reporting, and financial statements in accordance with GAAPDrive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiencyMaintain compliance with all applicable financial, regulatory, and tax reporting standardsSupport strategic initiatives including M&A, capital raising, and new business venturesQualificationsProven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a growth-oriented, multi-entity environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferredStrong background in financial strategy, operational finance, and business planningDeep knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and risk managementDemonstrated experience leading teams, building infrastructure, and scaling financial operationsTrack record of success in managing investor relations, fundraising, and institutional relationshipsExperience implementing and optimizing financial systems and technologiesMust be based in the Tampa metro area and able to operate in a flexible on-site/hybrid capacityCompetitive base salary with a performance-based bonus structureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with employer contributionsGenerous PTO and flexible work arrangementsOpportunity to work alongside a visionary CEO and leadership team in a fast-moving, high-impact organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
