STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation/'s innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel/'s founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Management Analyst to join our team!ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and management of Contractor personnel.Support DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), with emphasis on program planning and analysis, budget preparation and justification, and funds execution.Demonstrated experience with DoD financial accounting systems (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services System (MOCAS)).Demonstrated experience in contract analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.Lead and direct the work of others; perform a variety of tasks as part of a team.QualificationsPreferred Degree: Bachelor/'s level degree in any technical or managerial disciplineMinimum Years Experience: SeniorPreferred Years Experience: 10+ years relevant experience in Financial Management or financial/cost analysis; significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operationsRequired Specialized Experience: DoD/Navy ACAT I ProgramSecurity Requirements: Secret ClearancePosition note: Position is contingent upon award.Work Location: HQ Washington, DCTo know more about the company, visit Stahl Companies (stahlusa.us) #J-18808-Ljbffr
