OverviewThe Vice President of Business Management is a strategic leader who manages the team responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of core business operations with a specific focus on the 5P’s (Product, Price, Promotion / Marketing, Place, and Process). The business management team ensures cross-functional alignment across departments, drives delivery of the Product PnL budget, and supports the company’s long-term growth objectives. The VP will also lead company-wide strategic initiatives as well as manage the quality assurance and food safety teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Key CompetenciesStrategic Leadership, Cross-functional Collaboration, Data-Driven Decision Making, People Leadership, Customer and Retail Partner Focus, Product Innovation, MarketingDuties & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the business' financial goals and drive decisions to meet / exceed company’s budgeted goalsManage the collective pillars of the business management process : Product, Price, Promotion, PlaceDevelop pricing strategy to drive positive like for like sales and margin improvementDrive product innovation / recipe management, commercial activation on POS and merchandisingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement decisions at paceLead and manage a high-performing business management team and their deliverables as well as strategic growth as individuals and teamSet and communicate a clear innovation roadmap / vision that aligns with business goals that vary by specific retailer formats and categoriesCollab with Culinary, Ops and Supply Chain to ensure product feasibility, quality and scalabilityHarmonize retailer specific commonalities to increase efficiency while driving satisfactionDraw insights from data, market research and experience to make effective, timely decisionsEstablish / track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product launches and marketing campaignsUnderstand consumer needs / satisfaction to adapt innovation and portfolio managementLeverage franchisee feedback to permanently improve the offeringAbility to capture a wide variety of data points, including business goals, risks and priorities to make sound decisions that deliver resultsManage the Quality and Food Safety team to ensure we have industry leading operational practices that proactively identify and address risk areas to prevent them from become consumer / retailer issuesThis job posting describes the general duties and responsibilities for the position. Other duties as required may be assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. 10 + years retail experience requiredDemonstrated success in leading brand strategy and product innovation within a multi-unit or consumer-facing businessStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilitiesEffective communicator and collaborator with all levels of the organizationStrong leadership, relationship building, negotiation and analytical skillsResults-driven with high energy, strong work ethic and passion for salesProven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market shareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and presentation skills to interpret analytical findingsEncompass the company mission and core valuesAdditional InformationSalary: $175,000 - $200,000 AnnuallyHana Group North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
