1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsOverviewThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Director of Finance is responsible for the overall financial management of Weld County. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of the County's financial planning, reporting, and operations. The CFO will manage budgets, cash flows, investments, debt, and accounting functions, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and GAAP standards.The CFO reports to the Weld County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). This position serves as a key advisor to the Board of County Commissioners, Elected Officials, and Department Heads, providing clear and accurate financial analysis to support informed decision-making.
