About the Role This Vice President opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to step up into a leadership position in investment banking while maintaining balance in their personal life. What You’ll Do Lead M&A advisory projects, including valuations, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and deal closings. Manage both buy-side and sell-side engagements while staying closely connected to clients throughout the process. Support business development through relationship-building and referrals, not cold-calling Mentor and coach junior staff while working alongside a supportive leadership team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business (MBA or JD preferred). 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, law, or financial consulting. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills. Experience leading projects or small teams. Certifications such as CPA, CFA, CVA, or AM&AA are a plus.
