OverviewSenior Brand Designer – EA Play & EAX Products & ServicesElectronic Arts (EA) is seeking a highly creative and hands-on Senior Brand Designer to shape and scale the visual identity of our gaming subscription service. You’ll collaborate with the Brand and Editorial Copywriter as a key creative partner—co-owning how our brand shows up across campaigns, channels, and player experiences. This role focuses on building a visual storytelling approach that connects emotionally with players, from campaign concepts and motion assets to typography and layouts.What You’ll DoDesign compelling creative for marketing campaigns, lifecycle communications, social, video, landing pages, and in-product momentsHelp evolve and maintain the visual identity of the brand—ensuring consistency and creativity across platformsCollaborate with the Brand and Editorial Copywriter to craft unified, voice-and-visual narrativesTranslate strategy into clear, engaging visual storytelling that resonates with playersSupport the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable templatesParticipate in brainstorms, critiques, and creative reviews—contributing ideas and constructive feedbackStay on top of trends in gaming, digital design, and player culture to keep the brand fresh and relevantWhat We’re Looking For5-7 years of experience in brand design, visual storytelling, or creative marketing—ideally in gaming, entertainment, or youth-driven brandsA portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and versatility across formats (digital, social, motion, CRM, etc.)Strong command of typography, layout, color, and visual systemsExperience designing across a variety of channels—from static to motion, paid to organicCollaborative mindset and the ability to work fluidly with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional partnersOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced creative environmentPassion for games and an understanding of how to speak to gaming audiences visuallyNice to HaveExperience working within or evolving a brand systemFamiliarity with performance design, social, A/B testing, or lifecycle marketingBasic motion skills (After Effects, Figma animation, etc.)Compensation And BenefitsThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits.
