We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our founding core team and help accelerate momentum in a large market.The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue relevant prospects, a true hunter with a strong bias to execution.ResponsibilitiesHunt and execute; prospect into large enterprise accounts (AE Prospecting, SDR, Channel, Customer References, Marketing)Own and lead the full sales cycleExecute pipeline creation and conversionPresent a business case to prospects that demonstrates value and economic benefitQualify opportunities and guide internal stakeholders through a strong purchasing processDeepen relationships to nourish long-term partnershipsCollaborate across the organization to ensure alignment and success across the customer baseRequirements5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding sales quotasAt least 3 years of cybersecurity in the Cloud/SaaS-related domainAt least 2 years of startup experienceStrong hunter mentalityAble to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutionsProven track record of landing 5+ net new logos each year and ability to run a complex sales motionAbility to close complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categoriesAbility to build and leverage strong relationships in the region (CISOs, Partners, Tech Alliances)Excellent listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, winning environmentOn-Target Earnings (OTE) for this sales position is between $300K and $330K annually, including base salary and commissionsSeniorities and EmploymentSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob Function and IndustryJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Computer and Network Security #J-18808-Ljbffr
