OverviewThe Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing new business for General Mechanical Services’ commercial HVAC new construction and projects operations based in Annapolis, Maryland. You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining the relationship and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful HVAC New Construction/ Project sales experience, be high energy with a competitive growth mindset and ready to deliver outstanding service.Are you a hunter with a track record in commercial HVAC or MEP sales? GMS, part of the Crete United platform, is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive new construction business across VA, DC, DE, and PA.You’ll focus on developing new client relationships, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and delivering solutions in HVAC construction and energy efficiency.
