OverviewAs a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing Medit in your assigned region and building meaningful relationships with dealer partners, laboratory partners, and end customers. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus, and you will be instrumental in expanding Medit’s presence and delivering exceptional value to the dental community. Must have the ability to travel at a minimum 50% throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, & Mississippi.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Market ExpansionRepresent Medit with professionalism, utilize marketing material to boost brand awareness, and maintain in-depth product knowledge.Develop and execute strategies to promote Medit products to dealer partners, laboratories, and end customers while identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.Leverage CRM tools to manage relationships, track sales activities, and ensure streamlined processes for achieving sales targets and profitability.Customer Engagement and EducationBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealer middle managers and field sales teams, to foster loyalty and collaboration.Educate customers on Medit’s innovative dental technology solutions, tailoring presentations to meet their unique needs and objectives.Act as a trusted resource for dealer partners, offering support to address challenges and enhance sales effectiveness.Operational Collaboration and PerformanceContribute market intel to help the team analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, training, and logistics, to ensure seamless alignment between sales objectives and company goals.Travel within the region and occasionally abroad to meet with dealers, attend trade shows and facilitate training sessions.Requirements3+ years of dental experience in sales or other related clinical fields such as Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist.Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.Strong organizational, analytical, and people skills.Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs and travel up to 50%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
