OverviewMNO Sales Director, Central Region at Communication Technology Services (CTS)We are seeking an experienced sales hunter to lead the Managed Network Operator (MNO) sales motion in the Central Region. This is an individual contributor role. Ideal candidates will reside near a major airport.Summary The MNO Sales Director is responsible for identifying and closing in-building and venue opportunities with the Mobile Network Operators ("MNOs") in the Central Region. The successful candidate will be a true sales hunter with a proven history of deal making with the MNOs. Deal making will include leveraging CTS’s current relationships and agreements to increase revenues but also to identify new veins of business with each of the MNOs to support their network plans and grow CTS’s revenues. This includes working with the MNOs to identify venue deployments, developing a project proposal within CTS, negotiating and closing new business, and reporting to the customer on design, install to on-air and day two services.About CTS CTS is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation, management and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell and 4G/5G Private Cellular Networks (PCN) for Enterprise and Public Sector customers. We are seeking an experienced sales hunter to lead the MNO sales motion in the Central Region. This is an individual contributor role. Ideal candidates will reside near a major airport.Key ResponsibilitiesEmphasis on deal making: sourcing, negotiating and closing new business opportunities with MNOs in the Central Region (defined as West of Kentucky)Identify new veins of business with each MNOPresent CTS suite of solutions and articulate CTS’s value to MNOsDevelop go-to-market strategy to position CTS for successCreate a compelling value proposition showing CTS advantages over competitorsDevelop as-a-service sales programs with each MNO where CTS builds, acquires and owns MNO lead venues that the MNO or venue pays on a monthly as-a-service termCollaborate with CTS leadership to develop and obtain approval for sales strategiesWork with CTS inside sales and marketing to develop/deliver lead generation campaignsAttend industry trade shows and conferencesMaintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce and provide weekly status updates and required reportingProvide accurate forecasting in Salesforce at all timesMeet or exceed revenue targets for each MNOTravel as required to engage prospective opportunitiesOther responsibilities may be assignedQualificationsJob RequirementsExperience8+ years of experience in the wireless industry or equivalent with relationships with the carriersMinimum 4 years of proven sales experienceStrong people and presentation skillsExtensive track record in sales funnel management and reportingEducation4 year Bachelor’s degreeSkill-setsComputer – Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, Outlook and SalesforceCompensation and BenefitsBase salary target is 110-130K plus commission.
