Account Executive, SC SaaS Retail - West Region USLocation and remote: 100% REMOTE - MUST BE LOCATED in the WESTERN HALF of the United States. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessful Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas for contracts/revenue.Prospecting: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities, including access to and alignment with customer C-levels.Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, white-space, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication.Value-Based Selling: Deliver an engaging value-based sales methodology and drive meaningful customer value for all stakeholders, including presenting the vision to C-levels.Ethical Selling: Sell what we can deliver and maintain customer satisfaction as a core principle.Sales Cycle Management: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including solution development, deal term negotiation and contract closing for new opportunities within the territory.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure clear expectations are established and documented.Team Focus: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain 100% customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business growth.Key RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of enterprise retail technology sales experience in tier one/two retail markets ($500M+), especially in grocery, convenience, DIY, and non-fashion, continuous assortment.Successful Track Record: Proven experience selling to business units and C-levels with over-achieving $3M+ quotas.Self-Starter: Independent, resourceful, adaptable and achievement-oriented; entrepreneurial in developing the territory.Team Player: Collaborative, hands-on, able to work with inside sales, pre-sales, alliances and sales operations.Customer-Focused: Demonstrates long-term, win-win relationships with clients.Value Seller: Strong background in value-selling tools with demonstrated ROI for customers.Good Communicator: Excellent communication skills in proposals, updates, and Salesforce reporting.Expert Negotiator: Experienced in SaaS and Services contract negotiations with C-levels, technical teams and legal; skilled in building predictable closing strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
