EPCOR is expanding its Americas-based team to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul of APUs and aircraft components.OverviewAs Technical Sales Manager based in the Americas, you will be a key focal point for major international airline customers for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of APUs and aircraft components. You will work with the joint sales organization of Air France KLM Engineering & Maintenance (GEMCO) and drive sales within the region, while supporting long-term relationships with airlines and other customers.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify opportunities and pursue sales leads for EPCOR.Collaborate with GEMCO to prepare proposals and negotiate maintenance agreements, from single-event activities to long-term contracts.Prepare tailor-made technical maintenance proposals and contracts to support customer operations.Develop and execute the regional sales strategy with support from the Commercial team in Amsterdam and GEMCO in Miami, aiming to maximize profitability of existing agreements.Provide support to the EPCOR Customer Support department on existing maintenance agreements and establish long-term relationships with airlines and potential customers in the region.Gather and analyse data to deliver regular business reviews to customers and present findings to EPCOR to ensure the best customer experience.Reporting line: you will report directly to the Commercial Director in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor degree, preferably technical and/or commercial oriented.Minimum of five years of work experience in the aviation industry with preferably APU or Engine experience, or a minimum of seven years in a similar technical function in a B2B environment.Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Office applications; experience with ERP/CRM systems.Terms of EmploymentEPCOR offers attractive employment conditions in line with local market standards.How to ApplyReady for your next destination?
