Head of Maintenance - Care Home

OverviewAs a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you/'ll make sure we have a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere is part of our commitment to delivering first-class care and support.You can expect plenty of variety as a Head of Maintenance with us. You/'ll turn your hand to all sorts of tasks within the care home building as well as in the gardens and grounds. That could mean fixing a leaky tap one minute and planting some new bulbs the next. You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning.
