This role involves strategic and tactical leadership to enhance system capabilities, improve advisor satisfaction, and mitigate firm risk through effective collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide thought leadership and oversight for the trading platform.Lead research and analysis to recommend improvements for platform capabilities and advisor training.Engage cross-organizationally with various teams to enhance advisor efficiency and satisfaction.Collaborate with vendors for system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.Ensure data accuracy within the platform and provide demonstrations to advisors.Manage performance, hiring, coaching, and development of staff.Required Qualifications7-10 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's Degree.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of Advisory programs and model delivery capabilities.Familiarity with securities trading processes and tools.Experience with engaging 3rd party vendors for enhancements.Proven ability to lead collaborative efforts across organizations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in a highly regulated environment.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Experience working with Advisor practices and handling escalations.Strategic thinking with the ability to implement tactical plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
