Job SummaryThis position reports to the Applications Group Products Supervisor. Working with the Principal Product Consultant, it delivers SAP Security application support for a large, complex portfolio of SAP applications. It provides technical expertise, leadership, and consultative support to the business client, IT management, developers and staff in risk assessments, architecture, configuration design, implementation and operational aspects of information security plans, procedures and products with a focus on SAP environments including ECC, CRM, Business Warehouse, NetWeaver, GRC 10.1 and other SAP-based applications. RoleThis includes responsibility for SAP systems and ensuring proper security support and problem resolution input for the SAP applications. As the SAP Security Lead Consultant this role will:Design, develop and maintain SAP security management and architecture practices across multiple SAP environments and provide solution recommendationsAdvocate for exploring and leveraging standard solutions firstEnsure compliance with government and corporate security guidelinesDevelop, administer and execute preventive security maintenance programs, oversee problem management, perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans, and administer and report on security SLAsServe as domain-specific security subject matter expert for the assigned product line Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Design, develop and maintain SAP user management and security framework across multiple SAP environments with solution recommendationsEnsure compliance with government and corporate security guidelines including Segregation of Duties (SoD), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) as appropriate, and privacy-related standardsDevelop and implement SAP security policies, processes, GRC, architecture, training, and communicationsLead efforts to develop security build plans to support security architecture requirements and related software guidelinesCollaborate with IT Management, Legal, Safety and Security, Cyber Security and Law Enforcement as needed to address security vulnerabilitiesCreate, manage and maintain user security awarenessConduct security research to stay current on security issuesTrain and/or mentor other team members, peers and clients as appropriateNote: High Level Access background check is required Job Specific QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Management or comparable experience6+ years of related work experience in the technology field4+ years working with and supporting SAP applications with responsibility for security monitoring and oversightSAP experienceExtensive knowledge of SAP Security design, administration and configuration for Finance suite of productsExcellent analytical abilityStrong judgmentStrong planning and organizational skillsKnowledge of project management disciplinesAbility to maintain strong client care relationships with integrity and follow throughAbility to assess knowledge of process dependencies and linkage across the business to support current and future growthStrong interpersonal and team-building skills with inclusive workplace attitudeSelf-starter with ability to quickly learn new technical conceptsAbility to be available for 24x7 callout Desired QualificationsTechnical/software certification such as AWS certificationExperience in programming, development or codingUnderstanding of basic financial principles including project budgeting and planningPMP certificationGraduate degree or MBAExperience with ITIL & CMMISAP certifications EducationBachelor’s CertificationsNone Noted DisclaimerCertain positions may require access to Part 810-Controlled Information.
