Since inception, nearly 6 million consumers have financed more than $50 billion of commerce using GreenSky’s real time “apply and buy” technology.PositionPosition: Vice President, Human Resources Strategic AnalystSummaryAs our VP, HR Strategic Analyst, you will leverage analytical skills and storytelling ability to provide strategic insights that drive HR initiatives and decision-making. You will utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, develop compelling presentations, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform HR strategies and initiatives.Storytelling through data: Develop narratives that highlight key findings and strategic recommendations. Create engaging presentations and slide decks to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.Strategic Decisions Making: Collaborate with HR leadership to align data insights with business objectives. Support the development of strategic HR initiatives and programs based on analytical findings.Reporting and Presentation: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and KPIs. Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
