You/'ll have a major impact on our organization by sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring top level candidates. You/'ll be empowered to be a key player in building out the future of our team, as we’re rapidly growing.ResponsibilitiesManage full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a superior candidate experience.Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development – Utilize online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Recruitment Metrics – Track and report on key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and turnover trends, using data to refine strategies.Serve as the company brand and culture ambassador to candidatesPartnership with Hiring Managers – Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and provide regular updates on search progress.Maintains recruitment records and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) diversity statistics and assists in completing required reportsFacilitate in the creation and maintaining of a fulfilling work environment that attracts exceptional candidatesPerforms research and conducts surveys to determine appropriate advertising strategies and maintains a network of advertising vendors to contact for recruitment activities as necessarySupport special HR projects and other tasks as assigned by senior management.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience as a hands-on recruiter in the hi-tech industryAbility to perform & thrive under limited supervision in a fast-paced environmentTrack record of handling matters with confidentiality and professionalismTop-notch written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented emphasisData-driven, results-oriented, with a competitive drive for successHigh level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalismHigh English proficiencyA bachelor/'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.What you/'ll getA competitive salary, and equity in a super fast growing companyPassionate, smart, and fun people to work withYou will never lack for challenge, we are a unique blend of a fast growing tech startup, an international firm, and an insurance company #J-18808-Ljbffr
