OverviewSenior Corporate & Compliance Counsel at Crawford Thomas Recruiting in Valencia, CA. $160,000–$180,000 base + annual bonus. Full-time | Onsite in Valencia, CA. An established and mission-driven life sciences company is seeking a Senior Corporate and Compliance Counsel to join its high-impact Legal and Compliance team in Valencia, CA. This is a dynamic, mid-senior level role ideal for an attorney with 5–10 years of experience in corporate law and compliance—especially those familiar with the medical device, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare sectors.What You’ll DoCorporate Governance: Draft Board materials, resolutions, and meeting minutes; support governance compliance in the U.S. and Australia.Securities Filings & Investigations: Draft and review SEC and ASX filings (Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy); assist with internal investigations and regulatory pliance Oversight: Maintain and revise policies; advise on federal, state, and life sciences regulations; oversee HCP contracting and transparency initiatives.Transactional & Cross-Functional Support: Contribute to M&A due diligence, strategic corporate initiatives, and post-deal integration; collaborate with Finance, HR, Regulatory, and Commercial Teams.Process Optimization: Create and maintain agreement templates; support legal ops and compliance efficiencies; manage outside counsel billing.What You BringJD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar admission in good standing.10 years of legal experience, ideally a mix of in-house and law firm.Strong understanding of corporate law, securities compliance, and healthcare regulations.Excellent communication and drafting skills with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
