The Senior OD Consultant will develop, present, and facilitate training across the university. The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing leadership programs and facilitating multiple topics within those programs. Individuals in this role will facilitate numerous topics to varied audiences from week to week, using both established content and building new content. Assessment certification is preferred. Examples of assessments include but are not limited to DISC, Gallup Strengths, Myers-Briggs, Thomas-Kilmann Instrument, and Influence Style Indicator.This position falls under a hybrid work schedule, with on average two to three days per week in office and as required.BENEFITSUT Southwestern is proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.
