What You’ll Do:Spearhead business development and grow client relationships with Am Law 200 firmsLead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year DMS implementationsDesign and deploy content lifecycle strategies using NetDocuments, iManage, and related toolsOversee and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring top-tier client outcomesConduct in-depth business analysis and deliver actionable recommendationsRepresent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and speaking engagementsStay on top of legal tech trends, vendor developments, and certificationsPartner cross-functionally to shape our go-to-market strategies and service offerings What You Bring:3+ years of consulting experience with large (global preferred) law firms7+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale ECM or DMS projectsDeep expertise in NetDocuments, iManage, and related integrationsStrong understanding of legal governance, compliance, and security frameworksDemonstrated success in business development and team leadershipExcellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Why Join eSentio?We’re innovators, advisors, and doers—committed to making legal technology better, faster, and smarter.
