The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to provide scalable solutions that boost income, enrich customer interaction, and elevate data quality. Drive technical and strategic direction for our Salesforce platform to support business objectives and GTM system integration.What You’ll DoLead GTM systems strategy, ensuring alignment of Salesforce and coordinated tools with revenue-generating processesManage and mentor a small team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business AnalystsArchitect, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutionsDevelop and maintain a long-term GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with business collaboratorsTranslate complex business requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutionsCoordinate Salesforce data architecture, including data modeling, de-duplication, governance, and compliance with security and privacy standardsEstablish guidelines and standards for Salesforce development, configuration, and administrationSupport GTM teams by optimizing processes for lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, onboarding, renewals, and customer support workflowsEvaluate, suggest, and implement new technologies to improve the GTM technology stackStay updated on Salesforce releases and new technologies, offering mentorship on adoptionWhat You’ll Bring10+ years of experience coordinating, developing, or architecting Salesforce, with a proven track record leading complex Salesforce implementationsDeep knowledge of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, declarative automation, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning ComponentsStrong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsHands-on experience with integrations to systems like marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) and customer data platformsStrong communication and collaborator management skills; ability to work across functions and influence without formal authoritySalesforce certifications strongly preferredFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban is advantageousExperience with revenue intelligence, conversational intelligence, and sales engagement tools (such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft) is advantageousCompensationFor positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
