Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.Description$2,000 sign-on bonus for new Seneca employees in this position!The Program Director is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Santa Clara County Wraparound program to ensure the provision of high-quality, accessible, and responsive services for clients and families. The Program Director designs systems and strategies to achieve the program’s identified goals, oversees day-to-day operations, provides ongoing supervision and leadership to the program team, and manages the program budget. The Program Director engages effectively with clients, families, community and funding partners, and other programs in the Seneca continuum of care.About WraparoundThe Wraparound Program in Santa Clara County provides culturally-sensitive, highly-coordinated intensive services to youth between 5-21 years of age and families with complex and enduring needs. Through a team- and strengths-based approach, the mental health supports focus on enhancing safety, placement stability, and well-being. Wraparound works in close partnership with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health and Post-Adoption services to provide outcome-oriented services aimed to keep youth in their homes and community.
