With 18 offices, we are expanding and embracing hybrid work environments.We seek a Senior Engineer with 8+ years of Land Development experience to collaborate closely with the Office Lead, providing quality services to our clients. This role is primarily remote from Columbus, reporting to our Canton office. The Senior Engineer will oversee and manage the production of design plans, including site plans, grading plans, erosion controls, access roads, utility and storm drainage plans, and related documentation.Responsibilities Include:Site LayoutGrading and Earthwork calculationsStorm Water Management Design and PermittingErosion and Sedimentation Control Design and PermittingPreparation and Submission of Local Land Development PermitsQuality AssuranceMentoring and Developing Junior StaffRequired Experience:8 years of civil or utility-related engineering experiencePE License preferredExpertise in site layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion control designCivil utility design expertiseTrenchless technology design experienceConstruction/constructability knowledge related to design drawings and field issuesFoundation and geotechnical understandingExperience in specification writingAbility to mentor junior engineers (a plus)Excellent communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
