Our organization is actively seeking a Vice President of Finance & Administration who excels at strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and operational excellence to support our mission. Responsibilities The Vice President of Finance & Administration is responsible for leading the organization/'s financial and administrative functions, ensuring strong fiscal management, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role strengthens overall organizational capacity with a primary focus on financial strategy, budgeting, risk management, and reporting — all while upholding the highest standards of accountability and safety. This individual will also fully embody BGCWC/'s DNA Culture Code and amplify it to their teams.
