Senior Content Designer (Product based)

FocusKPI is looking for aSenior Content Designerto join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.As a Senior Content Designer on Dash, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping UX for the next generation of AI-powered products. You’ll craft content strategy and UX writing that makes the client's AI products feel simple, helpful, and worthy of trust.Your role will focus on content design for high-impact Growth areas, including onboarding and activation. You’ll partner closely with product designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers to ensure content design meets business goals, user needs, and our high standardsWork Location:Remote - anywhere in the US;Client location: San Francisco, CADuration:6 to12-monthcontract**No C2C resumes are considered**Responsibilities:Drive content strategy and UX writing across key Growth experiencesBring your user-focused point of view to articulate and recommend design solutionsTranslate complex concepts into friendly, easy-to-understand experiencesCraft content informed by user feedback, metrics, technical constraints, localization, and accessibility best practicesPartner closely with product designers, engineers, product managers, researchers, and other stakeholdersAlign your work to business goals, user needs, and their style guidesContribute to workshops and critiques to push your craft and elevate the quality of the client'sworkQualifications:7+ years of professional writing experience, including 5+ years focused on in-product contentA knack for crafting end-to-end experiences and translating technical talk into people speakExperience following or creating writing style guidelinesAn ability to be both creative and consistent within a controlled vocabularyProven ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholdersExperience partnering with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineersA portfolio of content design (please include this with your application)Preferred qualifications:Experience working on 0—>1 productsExperience working on productivity tools and/or AI products**No C2C resumes are considered**Thank you!FocusKPI Hiring TeamFounded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
