Join us to reach our next milestone!The PositionStasher is seeking a contract Director, Digital Marketing to efficiently drive omnichannel traffic and conversion while supporting efforts to increase awareness among Stasher’s LOHAS audience. This role oversees all paid efforts, supports creative insights as well as customer journeys. The Senior Director, Digital Marketing is an individual who is highly agile, analytical, and communicative. They are expected to be data-driven in all decision making and transparently report out performance and learnings to leadership and cross-functional partners.About You6-10 years of experience in digital marketing managing paid tactic, SEO, SEM, and display campaignsProven experience with a high growth brandExpertise in reporting and analytics, and can clearly translate data into actionable business insightsPlanning and implementing A/B testingStrong working knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ad platformExceptional written and verbal communication -depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, best practices, and emerging trends.Expertise in data analysis, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.A passion for sustainability and Stasher’s mission to reduce single use plastic and a desire to apply this to ecommerce.Key ResponsibilitiesLead omni-channel digital marketing strategy that drives revenue and contribution margin.Oversees execution and agency relationships for all paid media and acquisition campaignsResponsible for paid media efforts across priority channels (Amzn, , and DTC)Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Identify areas for improvement and present actionable insights to the executive team.Effectively manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing ROI on all marketing activities.Utilize data analytics, customer insights, and market research to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for improvement across all omnichannel touchpoints.Collaborate closely with other departments, including Sales, Brand, Finance, and Creative, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, digital marketing, and KPI metrics.Manage SEO and lead implementation of organic search strategyShare performance insights through weekly reporting, and forecast performance by channelCollaborate with ecommerce, social, marketing and creative teams on campaign planningPay Range: This is a contract position that will pay $100 - $150/hour depending upon experience and location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
