Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsibilities Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of Associates at the front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs Lead by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store; model outstanding customer service Create a positive internal and external customer experience Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and personalize the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Ensure tasks align with store plan; prioritize as needed Communicate accurately with management and Associates when setting priorities; provide progress updates Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment Other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Strong understanding of merchandising techniques Capable of multi-tasking Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors Able to train others 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience Benefits Associate discount; EAP; smoking cessation; bereavement 401(k) Associate contributions; child care & cell phone discounts; pet & legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses 401(k) match; medical/dental/vision HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long term disability Paid parental leave; paid holidays/vacation/sick Auto/home insurance discounts; scholarship program; adoption assistance All benefits provided in accordance with plan terms and may change; contact your TJX representative for details Additional Information Address: 1399 N Shore Rd Location: USA Marshalls Store 0610 Revere MA This position has a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
