The Associate Director will leverage data and insights to develop executable strategies and implement them to improve clients' real estate performance and meet their strategic business priorities. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact with clients and are responsible for high quality deliverables. You will oversee the workflow of consulting projects, while partnering with a team. JLL Consulting partners with leading organizations across industry sectors, creating environments that achieve a more humancentric, resilient and responsible approach to shaping a better world of work. ResponsibilitiesContribute to the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients.Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the future of work, work dynamics, real estate, and workplace. AttributesExcellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiencesStrong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teamsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred RequirementsA Bachelor's degree required5 or more years of relevant experience in consulting or industry rolesReal Estate, Project Execution or Consulting experienceChange Management / Transformation experienceProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with PowerBI preferredFinancial/Analytical SkillsStatistics / Research experienceWell-developed verbal, communication, and presentation skillsHighly OrganizedClient Centric CompensationEstimated total compensation for this position: 105,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year LocationRemote - Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA NoticeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
