You'll play a key role in turning strategy into action, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Learning/Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that have measurable impact for customers and drive business growth.Role at a glance: You will own major areas of our SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products, translating strategic direction into actionable product plans, overseeing backlogs, and guiding cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality releases.Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager, you'll own major areas of our SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products. You'll translate strategic direction into actionable product plans, oversee backlogs, and guide cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality releases. You'll work closely with Engineering, Learning/Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure product decisions align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.We offer a competitive base salary of $115,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & RoadmapTranslate company vision and strategy into product initiatives and featuresResearch industry trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growthDevelop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholdersRequirements & DocumentationDefine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and related toolsCollaborate with design and engineering to scope features and ensure alignment with customer needsExecution & DeliveryPartner with Engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality product releasesCollaborate with Marketing and Sales to coordinate product launches, communications, and go-to-market strategiesIncorporate feedback from Customer Success and end users to drive continuous product improvementCross-Team CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering, Learning/Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teamsEnsure alignment on priorities, timelines, and success metricsServe as a strong advocate for the customer while balancing business needsMentor and coach early career product team members, providing guidance on product discovery, backlog management, and best practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience12+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years in product management rolesProven success managing SaaS-based products, ideally in online learning or related industriesStrong track record of delivering customer and business impact through product innovationExperience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Content, Sales, and Customer SuccessSkilled in customer discovery, research, and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into product decisionsProficient with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) to guide decisions and measure outcomesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders and drive executionExperience mentoring or coaching product team members is a plusAbility to travel quarterly for in-person meetings and company eventsBenefitsWork From Home: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely year-roundComprehensive Benefits: Starting day one, access to BCBS Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance coverageSavings & Retirement Plans: FSAs, HSAs, and a 401(k) plan with company match up to 4%Generous Paid Time Off: Accrue up to 3 weeks of vacation annually, along with 8 holidays, 2 floating holidays, and up to 1 week of sick leaveReferral Program: Earn rewards by referring top talent to our teamTeam Building: Semi-annual team gatherings and events that foster collaboration and camaraderieIf you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a significant impact at Black Spectacles, please submit your resume and share why you're interested in this role.
