Behind every solution is a group of experts who care deeply about impact—whether we’re supporting data-driven decisions, modernizing systems or safeguarding critical programs.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of capture strategies for $100M+ opportunities for Health IT sectors, specifically the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), including market analysis, customer engagement, and gap identificationAssemble and manage cross-functional teams, establish resource requirements, budgets, and timelines, and drive collaboration to ensure capture efforts align with customer needs and organizational objectivesCollaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions, win themes, and value propositions that enhance customer mission outcomes and strengthen competitive positioningOversee proposal development, lead color team reviews, and ensure win strategies are effectively reflected in proposal materials, adhering to established processes and deadlinesProvide business intelligence to understand customer needs, competitor capabilities, and market trends, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve win probability (pWin)Develop and present gate review materials to senior executives, communicate strategy and progress, and align organizational resources to close pursuit gaps effectivelyQualificationsRequirements:Federal government-related capture experience requiredThe ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Growth/BD/Capture in the Health IT sector, with extensive CMS capture experienceBachelor's degree in a related field10+ years of professional experience in a Growth/BD/Capture related position7+ Years' Leadership/Project Experience in New Business/Growth ResponsibilitiesStrong management and writing skillsCandidates with Orals experience preferredProvide an up-to-date Deal Sheet reflecting opportunities worked and wins and lossesMust be located in the DMV area to be consideredEEO EmployerRELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
