This fully remote position provides an opportunity to apply data science expertise at the intersection of healthcare and AI ethics, making a significant impact in the field.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with diverse teams, including legal and compliance, to communicate findings on various AI methods.Document research outcomes, create comprehensive reports, and present results to stakeholders effectively.Develop job aids and guidance documentation to promote best practices in responsible AI.Automate testing processes and analyze results through Python scripting.Identify vulnerabilities related to PII/PHI exposure in AI interactions and maintain test data sets.Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research developments and incorporate relevant findings into your work.Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Assist in designing and executing Red Team testing scenarios for conversational AI systems.QualificationsBS degree with 5+ years of experience in computer science, applied mathematics, or related fields.Extensive experience with the full ML system development lifecycle, including deployment and maintenance.Proficiency in advanced NLP models and methodologies.Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks, such as scikit-learn, Pandas, and Numpy.Deep understanding of ethical considerations and fairness in AI model development.Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with healthcare systems, including claims payment and call centers.Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Exposure to large language models or conversational AI systems.Understanding of prompt engineering and adversarial testing methodologies.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to AI in pensation and BenefitsThe pay range for this role is $56 - $91 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
