Title: Airtable - Supply Tech Tools ManagerJob Location: Remote, USDuration: 7+ monthsOverview:The Supply Tech team within the Host Business Org is responsible for creating and managing systems used by our teams to acquire, vet, and optimize our supply of Hosts for Stays, Services, and Experiences. The Tooling and Infrastructure team collaborates with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to gather requirements and works with product and engineering teams to build platforms and features.Role Summary:As an Airtable Operations Manager, you will enhance operational efficiency by developing and launching tools for internal teams and external partners. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, leverage your technical skills to create custom Airtable interfaces, and manage the project lifecycle from conception to deployment. Your role includes testing, performance reporting, and ensuring tools meet user needs.Daily Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze tool requirements, prioritizing requests effectively.Design and develop custom Airtable interfaces tailored to user needs.Manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment, including testing and reporting.Monitor prototypes and experimental use cases with data reporting and dashboards to evaluate effectiveness and readiness for scaling.Qualifications:6+ years of experience in a technology or consulting environment with increasing responsibility.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's degree is a plus.Experience managing large cross-functional projects; proficiency with Airtable required; familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Retool is a plus.Hands-on experience with use case identification, onboarding, training, and technical support.Strong analytical skills, including data modeling and manipulation in Excel/Sheets; SQL knowledge is a bonus.Confidence, resilience, creativity, and independence in problem-solving.Excellent collaboration, communication, and influence skills across functions and geographies.This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
