OverviewSenior/Lead UI/UX Designer role at SproutsAI.You will be our UIUX Designer for a Generative AI startup based out of San Francisco, CA. You will closely work with a talented team of application developers to design highly usable UI/UX designs. As an early hire in a fast-growing startup, you will have a tremendous opportunity to learn latest tech including Cloud, Scalable Systems, GenerativeAI, Security and Performance optimization.This role is remote in India.Youll Get ToLead the user experience design and development for the GenAI, Voice, Chat, Web, mobile application, interaction interfaces, and overall experiences from initial unboxing to daily usage.Represent the voice of the customer with a deep understanding of user personas, pain points, aesthetic preferences, and customer journeys.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and create products that meet those municate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale to cross-functional teams in both verbal and visual formats.Continuously gather customer feedback through concept testing, analytics tools, A,B testing, surveys, and interviews to validate key aspects of the product and reduce risk.Utilize design thinking and agile methodologies to create and test prototypes, incorporating user feedback and making iterative improvements.Stay informed about current consumer and competitor product offerings, best-in-class user experience, and design trends in the U.S. and international markets.Were Looking ForPortfolio is required with the application3+ years experience in a UIUX Design roleA Bachelor`s degree in a Design field from a recognized educational institution requiredPossesses exceptional design skills, with a track record of creating visually stunning and user-friendly UX, user interfaces, typography, color, layouts, and motion graphics, that are leading-edge experiencesExtensive experience creating and leading UX design development, including conducting strategic analysis, creating user flows, designing architecture, developing personas, creating experience maps, ideating wireframes, and testing prototypesHands-on expertise in GenAI technologies and interfaces are plusStrong ability to communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders through engaging presentations and compelling storytellingExtensive experience in the development of new products, from initial concept to launch, with a focus on user experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, abstract reasoning, and idea orientation with a strong focus on driving progressA strong, informed approach to a user-centered design and the use of user testing, feedback, and insights to drive changeA deep passion for Design and a desire to constantly improve and evolve one`s thinkingSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
