Oracle Cloud HCM Sr. Director

OverviewWe’re seeking a client-focused Oracle HCM Sr. Director to lead solutioning and sales support across key engagements. This individual will play a critical role in shaping strategy, designing HCM Cloud solutions, and supporting business development efforts in partnership with Oracle and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, broad industry exposure, and a track record of building strong client relationships and delivering value. This is not a Project Manager role, need to know how to get your hands in the system and design solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud engagementsDrive solution design and strategy across key HCM modules aligned to client needsPartner with sales teams on pursuits, RFPs, proposals, and Oracle relationshipsLead project teams through current state assessments and future state deliveryProvide functional expertise across HCM domains including Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Workforce Planning, and ReportingSupport firm-building activities such as recruiting, mentoring, methodology development, and thought leadershipRequirements10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Oracle HCM CloudAt least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementationsStrong functional knowledge across multiple HCM areasProven ability to engage executive stakeholders and manage client relationshipsStrong business development mindset and pursuit leadership skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and project management abilitiesOracle HCM Cloud certification in three or more modules preferredThis role offers the opportunity to influence clients and internal strategy while supporting high-impact transformation programs. Travel may be required based on project needs.
