This is a high-level, hands-on role for someone with deep technical expertise, capable of driving impactful contributions without direct management responsibilities.What You’ll DoCollaborate with a lean, talented engineering team to architect and deliver scalable solutionsLead development initiatives across backend and frontend systemsProvide technical guidance and mentorship while remaining hands-on in the codebaseHelp revamp and strengthen the product in alignment with company growth and scaling goalsWork closely with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business needsWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of software engineering experience, with proven ability to lead at a senior technical levelStrong backend experience with Laravel (PHP framework)Solid frontend expertise in Vue.js (not React)Familiarity with React is a plus, but mobile is not the primary focusPrior experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar industries is highlyHighly competent, self-driven, and able to thrive in a small, agile team without direct management layersCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation - $120-160k Salary + Potential Equity and Other BenefitsComprehensive benefits package (including 401k and more)Equity opportunities as part of ongoing company revampFully remote work environment, open to USA CandidatesMust be authorized to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr
