Our Salesforce practice drives enterprise implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become the main contact person for the client to manage their project to make sure it's delivered on-time and on-budget.As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and integrating user interfaces across diverse platforms such as mobile, web, and tablet. Utilizing standard tools and agile methodologies, your contributions will be crucial in delivering technological solutions that drive our organization's revenue generation.Your Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services that are integral to our software architecture. You will be expected to actively contribute to business processes or solutions, selecting methodologies judiciously to meet client service metrics, quality, risk management, business growth, and teaming objectives.Define and execute deliverables with efficiencyManage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reportsTrack resource plans and budgets, and handle project statusesParticipate in client sessions as a workstream member or team leadTravel is required based on client needs, and you will be expected to maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients.Skills And Attributes For SuccessTo thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills that will make a significant impact on our projects.Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levelsAbility to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and establish an understanding of business processes with the clientExperience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and multiple end to end implementationsSalesforce integration experience, and experience with a variety of middleware toolsDeep experience with Salesforce, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, Apex Classes, Apex Web Services, APIs, AppExchange, and s-controlsHands on experience configuring , Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval WorkflowsAbility to lead the solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform, and identify gaps between current and future stateKnowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilitiesWork with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirementsAbility to create and manage project timelines and project economics to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryAbility to identify potential risks (people and technology), develop plans for mitigation, and support the change management effortsAgile delivery methodologiesProficiency in application development toolsQuality assurance and software development expertiseSystems integration skillsBuilding relationships, client trust, and emotional agilityComplex problem-solving abilitiesTo qualify for the role, you must haveA four-year Bachelor's degree is required in Business Systems or related fieldExperience typically preferred is 2-4 years in a relevant field, implementing with teams of 5 or more people, and have hands on experience with configuration and customizationsFamiliar with relational database conceptsSelf-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesExcellent communication, leadership and client development certification(s)Strong oral and written communication skills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levelsAble to travel to meet client demand as neededIdeally, you’ll also haveDegree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master's degree in one of these areas preferredCertifications and prior consulting experience highly preferredWhat We Look ForWe seek top performers with a keen interest in technology and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
