The Salesforce Administrator plays a significant role in the development of Whatnot’s Salesforce instance for the Categories and Expansion (CatEx) Team. Working with stakeholders across CatEx, Growth, Data, and Marketing, the Salesforce Administrator is tasked with supporting development of our early-stage Salesforce instance via management of automations, integrations, data hygiene, and sales enablement, as well as maintaining our ongoing environment release schedule. In this role you will:Support development of Whatnot’s Salesforce environment, including integrations with internal tools, systems configuration and maintenance, notification announcements, environment refresh, and AppExchange productsManage configuration of Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications.Provide frontline support to sales, account management, and launch teams—manage support requests and help troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and optimize their use of SalesforceDevelop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insight into marketing and sales performanceDevelop guardrails to protect data hygieneWork closely with data teams to ensure fidelity and reliability of our data architecture for Salesforce productsWork cross functionally with data and engineering teams to develop, manage, and update critical integrationsEliminate manual processes and bottlenecks to reduce user clicks in the platformHelp support development of junior admins and analysts through peer coaching and project reviewYouAbout: Curious about who thrives at Whatnot? As our next Salesforce Administrator, you should have 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
