You’ll work on complex, high-profile matters in a collaborative, small-firm environment.They are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally qualified attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience in both federal and state courts. Ideal candidates will have:5-8 years of complex litigation experienceHands-on experience with TROs, preliminary injunctions, and complex dispositive motionsProven ability to handle a broad range of subject matters, including non-compete/non-solicit litigation and dissolution of closely held entitiesAbility to independently draft motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and other pleadingsExperience creating litigation-ready work productAbility to draft complaints and oppose summary judgment motionsExceptional legal writing skills and strategic thinkingThis is a fast-moving opportunity.
