OverviewRegional Sales Director (West Coast) – Healthtech at Carex Consulting Group. Remote in Palo Alto, California with regional responsibilities across the West Coast. W2 only, no C2C, must be authorized to work in the US (both now and in the future).Carex is partnering with an exciting, high-growth healthtech startup as they add a Regional Sales Director (West Coast), who will report to the VP of Sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base within your designated region. You will leverage your expertise in healthcare technology sales, particularly in EHR-integrated SaaS solutions, to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful adoption of our AI-driven enterprise precision care platform.What You'll DoSales Strategy and Execution to win “Net New Health System Logos”Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional revenue goalsIdentify and prioritize target accounts and sales opportunities within the regionConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needsSell recurring ARR SaaS model enterprise deals into the primary care or ambulatory market at large health systemsUnderstand and develop strong sales pitches, ROI, and value propositions that resonate with CMOs, CMIOs, and CFOs of large health systemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare executives, IT leaders, and clinical staffConduct enterprise platform related presentations and product demonstrations aligned with physician and IT leader prioritiesBusiness Development to proactively fill the upstream sales pipelineGenerate new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreachCollaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and promotional activitiesAttend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the company and build brand awarenessSales Process ManagementManage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing dealsUtilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecast revenuePrepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior managementTeam CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectivesProvide field feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategiesWhat You'll BringMust-have Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in healthcare technology sales, with a focus on EHR-integrated SaaS solutionsProven track record of achieving or exceeding net-new sales targets for products used by clinicians and purchased by CMOs/CMIOs and CFOsExperience selling multi-year enterprise deals to large health systemsStrong understanding of ambulatory or primary care segments and clinical workflowsSkills and Knowledge (preferred)Experience working for a fast-paced high-growth private companyAbility to sell to CIOs of large IDNsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plusAttributesSelf-motivated, sharp communicator, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to travel within the region as neededCarex Consulting Group is an equal opportunity employer.
