While you can enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, your day-to-day interactions, events, meetups, and community engagements will happen within the Bay Area startup ecosystem. Therefore, you must already be based in the Bay Area or be willing to relocate here.ResponsibilitiesDesign & run startup-facing programs—events, webinars, roundtables, accelerator partnerships, and community initiatives—that build brand visibility and generate qualified sales opportunitiesOwn the startup acquisition pipeline: identify, engage, and convert Bay Area startups into Sprinto customersAct as both a community builder and a sales driver, balancing ecosystem credibility with revenue attainmentDevelop partnerships with accelerators, incubators, venture firms, and startup communities to open doors to new revenue opportunitiesRun high-quality discovery conversations, demos, and follow-ups, in collaboration with the sales team, to ensure pipeline conversionTrack and report revenue-related metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue attained from startup programsCollaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, and Sales teams to align outreach with business goalsRepresent Sprinto as a trusted advisor to the Bay Area startup ecosystem, both in community settings and in one-on-one founder conversationsRequirements1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or startup partnerships, ideally in programs related to startupsStrong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue attainment goalsExperience in event management, community programs, or ecosystem engagement with a sales-first mindsetExcellent discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills with startup founders and decision-makersAbility to balance program creativity with data-driven sales executionStrong stakeholder management and networking skills; existing connections in the Bay Area startup ecosystem are a plusMust be located in the Bay Area or open to relocationRemote First PolicyDevice and work from home allowanceNew skill development allowanceUnlimited leavesSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustries: Software Development, Computer and Network Security, and Technology, Information and MediaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sprinto by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
