This role involves owning product roadmaps, overseeing the delivery of system and tool changes, and spearheading automation and data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in mentoring, driving strategy, and delivering outstanding results, ensuring our technology supports both employees and the Community effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of the Content Platform roadmap, focusing on our headless CMS (Contentstack) and taxonomy platform (Graphite).Supervise the complete lifecycle of system and tool changes from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring quality standards.Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, particularly within Contentstack.Engage in stakeholder management, identifying pain points, and promoting industry best practices.Act as a mentor to junior team members, guiding them in their development and delivery efforts.Must-have SkillsProficient with Contentstack and Graphite platforms.Advanced data management and integrity strategies.Strong leadership and mentorship dustry Experience RequiredExperience with enterprise-grade systems, IT consulting, or similar fields involving advanced platform integrations and custom solution development is essential for this role.
