The Enterprise Sales Director is a critical position responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of account partners who call on named medical device companies across North America. Creativity, energy, and the ability to hire, manage and support a diverse team are critical.What You’ll DoHire and manage a team of A-players to create and drive business into new and existing accountsMeet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets set for the teamProvide strategic guidance related to key opportunities and complete sales cyclesManage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C level executivesAccurate sales forecast and pipeline managementReview and approve pricing and proposalsReview and approve expense reports and other administrative tasks associated with managing an outside sales teamReport and maintain timely and thorough notes pertaining to opportunities via Veeva’s CRMBe willing to travel 50%+Requirements5+ years combined experience selling enterprise software3-5 years of sales leadership experienceUnderstanding of SaaS and Clinical Data Management, Clinical Ops Management, Regulatory people, processes, and technologyUnderstanding of Enterprise Software sales cycles and associated Strategies & TacticsBachelor’s degreeExcellent interpersonal, presentation, written & verbal communication skillsBe self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-drivenBe proactive and energetic approach, flexibleBe willing to travel as requiredNice to HaveTechniques to influence requirements and the sales cycle timelineEffective time management & multi-tasking skillsHistory of leadership roles, professional or non-professionalPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $135,000 - $300,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
