We are a Series B company and have raised capital from prominent investors including Shasta Ventures, Trinity Ventures and First Round Capital and are led by our CTO/Founder, Mitch Grasso, who is a second-time founder in the presentation space.About the roleReporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search will own the SEM strategy and execution end-to-end. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving trial volume and paid subscriptions efficiently, optimizing performance across multiple geographies, testing new opportunities, and scaling paid search as a core acquisition channel for Beautiful.ai.What you'll be doing:Independently manage and scale Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Performance Max, etc.) to drive LTV:CAC targets. This role will own paid search strategy, optimization, experimentation, and reportingOptimize account structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page funnels across core regions (US, EMEA, APAC, RoW)Run A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audiences, and user experienceAnalyze campaign performance daily and share actionable insights with the broader teamOwn media planning and performance forecasting for paid search, including regional pacing and trial contributionCollaborate closely with the lifecycle, product marketing, and design teams to align messaging and drive cohesive user journeys from ad click to conversionContinuously research and evaluate new channels, features (e.g., AI-driven bidding), and betas within Google and Microsoft to stay ahead of platform changesWhat we expect from you:4–6+ years of hands-on paid search experience in a B2C or SaaS environmentProven track record of managing $500K-$1M+/mo budgets efficientlyDeep expertise in Google Ads, with strong working knowledge of GA4 and GTMExperience optimizing toward downstream metrics like CAC, trial-to-sub conversion, or LTV:CACStrong analytical skills; comfortable using tools like Looker, Mode, Excel, etc. to pull and interpret dataLocated in or willing to overlap with the Pacific Time Zone (role is fully remote)You're an ideal candidate if:You're empathetic and collaborative, with a genuine desire to understand the user and the businessYou're innately curious and love asking "why" to uncover the root of performance trendsYou're energized by owning a performance channel end-to-endYou love running experiments and using data to prioritize what to scaleYou're scrappy and solution-oriented in a startup environmentYou stay current on platform updates, bidding strategies, and creative best practicesBenefits:Flexible Time-Off & Remote WorkHealth Insurance – 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for employees; 60–65% coverage for dependents.Retirement Plan – Comprehensive 401(k) program.Savings Accounts – Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options available.Equity Compensation – Competitive equity package with a 4-year vesting schedule.Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance – Coverage provided where applicable.Parental Leave – Inclusive leave for birthing and non-birthing parents; policies vary by state.Volunteer Time Off (VTO) – Paid day off to support a nonprofit or community cause.We are happy to share the set target salary range for the seniority level outlined in all of our job descriptions.
