Experience on both plaintiff and defense sides is a plus but not required. Job Location: Remote candidates in CA considered; onsite required 1-2 times/month. Candidates with at least 2 years of CA Wage & Hour and PAGA employment experience preferred, including mid-level to senior attorneys.
